Our story

MSS Builders has been part of Anantapur's real estate journey for 15 years. Our aim has always been simple: to offer good property where every buyer benefits — in the short term and the long term.

When we started MSS Builders 15 years ago, I made a simple promise — every family who buys an MSS home should feel they made the right decision, on the day they move in and for many years after.

That promise has guided us from Balaji Villas on Kalyandurgam Road and SK University Road to MSS Balaji Grandeur 1 and 2 at Aravakuru. Today, families live happily in all four of our completed communities, and their trust means more to us than anything else.
